Dear supplier,

Sports Tourz facilitates a global network of tour operators. To safeguard the strategic position of Sports Tourz, any tour operators with whom Sports Tourz maintains a formal agreement are not permitted to engage in direct collaboration with you as our supplier, nor are you as our supplier permitted to initiate direct cooperation with these tour operators.

An exception to this provision applies to tour operators that had an established working relationship with you berior to the effective date of this agreement.

Should a tour operator contact you directly, refer the inquiry to Sports Tourz.

In return, Sports Tourz assumes full responsibility for coordinating all arrangements on behalf of both you as a supplier and the tour operators — and ensures a flow of business opportunities through its international network..
