Two international youth tournaments on one weekend: the Yellow Soccer Cup in Geel, Belgium, and our new Orange Hockey Cup for field hockey teams.
Mark 27 and 28 March 2027 in your calendar. On that weekend, the Easter weekend, we organize two international youth tournaments: the Yellow Soccer Cup 2027 for soccer teams and the first edition of the Orange Hockey Cup for field hockey teams.
Yellow Soccer Cup 2027 in Geel, Belgium
The Yellow Soccer Cup returns to ASV Geel, the club that hosts the tournament at its facilities near the center of Geel. Geel is near Antwerp and about an hour from Brussels, with free parking at the venue for teams and visitors.
On Saturday every team plays in a group of 10 teams, drawn at random. On Sunday the matches decide the final ranking: the top teams play a cross-final and a final, and the other teams play the same way for their final positions. Every team is guaranteed 7 matches over the weekend, all on a full pitch and with qualified referees.
- Dates: Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 March 2027
- Venue: ASV Geel, Geel, Belgium
- Age groups: U15 (2012 and younger) and U17 (2010 and younger), boys
- Entry: €30 per team player, for 16 players and 2 staff, lunch included on both days
- Teams are expected to be confirmed by mid December
Teams that want to stay over can choose an accommodation package with meals and tournament participation. The information packages, in Dutch, German, French and English, explain the options, the travel times and the house rules.
New: the Orange Hockey Cup
On the same dates we launch the Orange Hockey Cup, a new international tournament for youth field hockey teams. We already organize hockey tours for international teams, with training sessions at Dutch clubs such as HC Rotterdam, SV Kampong and Oranje-Rood, and now we are adding a tournament of our own.
The venue, age groups, format and entry fee have not been announced yet. We will share them on the Orange Hockey Cup page as soon as they are confirmed. Until then, you can register your team's interest, and we will contact you as soon as the details are ready.
Make a tour of it
Both tournaments can be part of a longer trip. We can add pro training sessions at partner clubs, friendly matches against local teams and sightseeing in cities such as Antwerp, Brussels or Amsterdam, before or after the tournament weekend.
Register for the Yellow Soccer Cup or leave your interest for the Orange Hockey Cup through our website, or ask us for a tour proposal that includes one of the tournaments.
